James Franco is my favourite actor and I wanted to start this forum so all james Franco fans can come and discuss him. Hopefully im not the only one.
Welcome to the TV.com Forums for James Franco. Here is your area to discuss, dissect and debate all things about this person.
Plus: ABC picks up a Judy Greer pilot, Monday's top-rated show was a repeat, and Saturday Night Live loses a cast member.
The fact that it's even open to debate is a good sign for the awards show, which needs all the buzz it can get.

I have written elsewhere of my enjoyment of Freaks and Geeks and general dismay that it was cancelled so soon. But it was one of the earlier programs to showcase the talent of Mr. Franco. He only began acting in the late 90's, but soon caught the eye of any number of casting agents. For his portrayal of James Dean in the TV movie of the same name he was awarded the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television film. In addition to acting, James Franco is a director, screenwriter, and author. He will soon be able to add Host to those skills; he has been tapped to co-host The Oscars, along with Anne Hathaway. Looking forward to that telecast.
James Franco is really an incredible actor. I watched him in the first two Spiderman movies, but it wasn't until the third one when I became a fangirl :) His acting was great! Plus, he's got an absolutely gorgeous smile. Being a fangirl, I went and dug up a ton of videos and articles on him and discovered that he is really dedicated to his work. He mentioned in one interview that for the movie City By the Sea, he actually went out and slept on the streets. It gave me newfound respect for him as an actor. I never knew he was in Pineapple Express until after seeing his filmography. I only watched about half an hour into it and stopped, but then I went back for James Franco and finished the whole movie. It was GREAT! He was really funny in it and played the drug dealer well.
Hollywood really needs more actors as passionate and humorous as James Franco.
i love every single movie James has been in, i will have to say that Tristan and Isolde was his best movie and Fly boys was my second fav. James has such a cute smile and everything about him is amazing, i cant stop smiling when i see his movies because he just takes my breath away, its like a kindergarten crush =] people love to see young to actors in movies and especially cute ones James is an amazing actor and he also seems like a great person outside of his acting, i would highly recommend watching one of his movies =]
James Franco is an absolutely phenomenal actor. He puts so much emotion in his words and gestures that it is impossible to tell that he is working off a script instead of reality. Plus is friggin gorgeous. Hottest man alive! I love seeing him in interviews--he is very astute and commendable for his fortitude in integrity and professionalism. James Franco should marry me seeing as I'm the only one who deserves him and he's the only one who deserves me. No Im not psycho; I just speak the truth. You're just jealous.
For some reason, I really enjoy this guy as an actor. He\'s always leaving you in suspense....Does he have a hangover? Is he high? I don\'t know, I don\'t think anyone will ever know. He has an uncanny way of picking good films (Set aside Annapolis; and Tristan and Isolde)and he\'s very dedicated to what he does. The world needs more actors like this and the fact that he\'s hot doesn\'t hurt. My only concern for him would be the lines he\'s given......Whenever he\'s saying his lines he gets this look in his eyes....like he\'s been sucked into this vortex of doom, and he\'s just making this stuff up. It\'s highly amusing and worth my $10....( Excluding of course, Annapolis; and Tristian and Isolde).
