Jason Antoon grew up in Pacific Palisades, California. In 1990 he attended Carnegie Mellon University where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama in 1994. He took his craft to Broadway, working mostly as an understudy while supporting himself with guest roles on television. His first major role in Susan Stroman's 2000 musical play
Contact resulted in a Drama Desk Award nomination, although the Tony Awards neglected to honor his critically acclaimed performance.
Jason then turned his focus to film and television with mixed results. His NBC pilot,
Count Me… More In, was not picked up and The Sum of All Fears had a delayed release. However, his roles in Two Weeks Notice and Minority Report helped cement his reputation as a reliable character actor. Jason continues his stage work sporadically, primarily in regional theatre, as he continues his thriving movie and television careers.
