Jay: I am a big fan of fashion...To dress the same way each day is boring. You can be in shorts and a T-shirt one day, and then why not wear a kilt the next? It changes my mood, and I have fun with it.

Jay: Everyone says that stars look amazing, but they're not when you see them first thing in the morning. I think that everyone can look like a celebrity, and I've worked in this business for 14 years...You can create anything.

Jay: You know, Geena Davis is such a beautiful woman--I love her and her spirit. But she's always in these sort of prom dresses or bridesmaid dresses. I think she can be breathtaking. I'd love to get her in a mermaid silhouette. Unfortunately, though, whenever we do the E! Fashion Police wrap-up, I name her my worst-dressed, and then without fail, we're on the same flight from L.A. to New York. Every time. But you know, I'd like to put it out there: I want to dress her.

Jay: Trust is a hard thing for the new model wannabes to maintain. I try to establish it right off the bat, from the first introduction, but the younger gals always retreat. It's a shame that we have to spend so much time doing the 'trust dance'.

Jay: The faces I photograph come in as a blank canvas, I make them into what I think they are meant to be.
