Jean Alexander

Before she became an actor, Jean worked as a library assistant in Liverpool.

Attended the 2005 British Soap Awards to present a lifetime axhivement award to June Brown when she appeared on the stage she recieved rapturous appaulse and a standing ovation from the audience. She was awarded the Royal Television Society Award in (1985) for her role on 'Coronation Street'
