    In a joint statement the couple said, "We are still very close, and we look forward to continuing to work together on 'House.'"

    Spencer proposed to Morrison back in January at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

    Such a shame, I mean I suppose it's better that they broke it off now rather then get married and end up just another divorced couple and I suppose breaking up now also could prevent mass akwardness on the show but they both just seemed so happy together. And cute! Such a shame.

    Wot a shame. I only found out recently they were together - and now its off. Why?? is it because they have to work together. It's a pity and no matter what they say - it has to be difficult to go back to work and pretend everything is ok - but I suppose they will do it - isn't that what actors do???

    Just because they broke off the engagment

    doesnt mean that they shouldnt be together.

    Jennifer and Jesse have definately broken up. I read an article about Jesse and how he's coping. I dont think its going so well, because apparently jennifer brought her new man to the set and Jesse obviously saw the new guy..

    i dont think hes going too well. that sucks.

    I know I'm a bit late posting here...lol but I read this and I had to put my 2 cents in...

    For the life of me, I can't understand why someone would bring their new bf/gf to where their old bf/gf (in this case fiance) was. It's inconsiderate and insensitive. If Jesse isn't doing well, it tells me this was obviously not a mutual decision. If you once loved someone enough to consider marrying them, you should have a bit of decency and consider your ex's feelings. Perhaps you don't love them anymore but you did at one time and that should be enough for one to have some common courtesy. I used to like Jennifer but after reading this, I don't think I like her anymore. No matter how or why the relationship ended, there should be some consideration for someone's feelings. Jesse's better off without her.
