Kane vs. Rey- 2 0ut of 3 because the fans want Rey to win and Lawler said that this was his best chance.
Taker- Last man standing, for the same reason as above. The fans won't give Show a Knockout match for an advantage and LMS matches are more popular.
Don't quote me on it, but those are my guesses.
