    Round Table Constitution

We the people of the Roundtable, in order to form a more perfect table, establish fairness, provide for the jobbers, establish great matches, promote great storylines, and secure the blessings to ourselves and our status, do reestablish this Constitution for the Roundtable:

    Amendments

    1. If a Champion loses their championship by more then 5 points that person is not entitled to a Championship rematch.
    2. Round Table Percentages will reset every WM.
    3. Jobbers can only compete for the LHC and Tag Titles.
    4. Mid Carders above 35 % can get a TV.Com Championship Shot.
    5. Round tablers can't compete in more than one match unless approved by a General Manager.
    6. General Managers can hold any title.
    7. All predictions must be sent in by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
    8. There must be Two GM's at all times.
    9. The official RT Build-Up Thread maker will be in charge of making the Build-Up threads after the approval of the GM's, within a day after the previous Pay Per View.
    10. Any indiscernible decision about a victor in any contest will be decided upon by the BOD under unbiased Majority Rule.
    11. A Champion can have the title vacated if the Board of Directors unanimously votes on a title being vacated because of Champions poor actions such as trolling or not sending in their picks when they don't have a championship match.
    12. Champions don't have to defend their title very PPV but they must be in a match in every PPV as long as they're champion and if you don't defend your title then you must defend your title at the next PPV.
    13. If in a Tag Team Match one of the tag team partners no shows then his partner can pick a replacement for him with the approval of a General Manager.
14: No one is allowed to send picks for others unless it is necessary (like downed computers, partners on vacation and picks sent via Facebook).
    15. Money in the Bank Holders must tell General Managers that they're cashing in there Money in the Bank before the PPV.
    16. Picks can't be sent after the PPV starts.
    17. If someone lost their title and the loss didn't have a gap of 5 points or more then they must get a rematch at the next PPV if they ask for their rematch.
    18. If there is a Special Stipulation (example Elimination Chamber, Fatal Four Way, TLC) PPV, then there must be at least one of those Special Stipulation matches in the card.
    19. The Round Table Hall of Fame nominations must be approved by the Board of Directors and most be voted in the Round Table current participants and it must get a majority in voting.
    20. Titles may be relinquished (ala when Vator and Wiz gave up being the LHW champ) as long as BOD approves.
    21. No Round Tabler will be allowed to go after another Championship if that Round Tabler currently holds a Championship. However, if a Round Tabler wins a Special Match like the Royal Rumble while holding a Championship, then that Round Tabler may go after the TV.Com Championship.
    22. Should a Round Tabler find himself or herself in possession of more then one championship after a PPV, they must choose one to vacate, as no Round Tabler is permitted to hold two championship at once.

General Manager and Board of Directors Powers

A General Manager's powers come from establishing order and making fair decisions. The General Manager is trusted with making these fair decisions and unless those decisions are questioned by Round Tablers then the Decisions stand. The General Manager can make matches, Round Table Build Up Threads, and settle any possible dispute over Round Table Match Results. As stated in Rule 8 of the Constitution, there must be two General Managers at all times. The General Managers must both be in the Board of Directors. As stated previously in the section the General Manager's decision stands unless those decisions are questioned by the Round Tablers, if they're in question then the Decision will go to the Board of Directors for a Official Review of the situation and then once the Board of Directors makes a Decision, then the Decision will Stand. The Board of Director's powers are to make sure that there are no controversies and that the rules are being followed correctly. For a Rule to be passed the Board of Directors needs a 3/5 Majority to pass any rule. The Board of Director's powers are greater than the General Manager's powers and if a General Manager's actions are deemed unworthy of General Manager, then the General Manager position can be vacated with a 4/5 Majority. A New Title can be made with a 3/5 Majority. A New General Manger can be made with a 3/5 Majority. And banning of a Round Table Member needs a unanimous 5/5 votes from the Board of Directors.

    Code of Conduct

The Roundtable is a fun joyous experience but at times Members may take things to far, which results in abuse of Code of conduct.

    Good Member

A good member cuts promos, takes it all in stride and doesn't try to manipulate or instigate anything.
A good member posts regularly and respects his fellow members.
A goodmember should be a good sport and not become an instigator should they lose.
A good member consults the General Manager when he has a problem.
A goodmember should be helpful to others starting out or confused about certain topics regarding the RT.
A good member helps with a job when requested by a Round Table Official or General Manger.

    Bad Member

A bad member decides to take things to the extreme even in promos, they get out of hand.
A bad member disrespects his fellow members and spams.
A bad member decides to take matters in their own hands and refuses to get help with issues.
A Bad member rants on Round Table Forums.
A Bad Round Table member will send hate mail to other Round Table members.
A Bad member trolls or spams the Forums.

Special Jobs within the Round Table

    Database:
The database shall be used to record PPV match outcomes for the Roundtable, scores of each individual roundtabler and roundtable winners. The Database will also be used to record lengths of title reigns for each division, who held what titles when, and any outstanding accomplishments made by champions such as record lengths, triple crown champions, and grand slam champions. The database will be updated after each PPV and is to be checked by the manager(s) of said database. Only the manager(s) are to post in the database. Any questions, comments or ideas regarding the database should be sent to the manager(s) via PM.

    Official Scorer:
The official scorer will be decided by the Roundtable host and/or General Managers. The scorer will be in charge of counting up the points of every Roundtabler during and after the PPV, in order to determine the official results of matches, as well as the winner(s) of the roundtable. If the official scorer is unable to perform his/her duty on a given PPV, a one night replacement will be named by the RT host and/or General Managers. Roundtablers are asked to have patience and be helpful to aid the scorer should any mistakes or miscounts be made or disputes arise.

    Videos:
Videos will serve to provide footage and/or hype to special matches that capture the attention of the Roundtable, as well as provide a near life-like promo that will enhance the entertainment of the RT. The Videos shall be created by a skilled artist using a current or near current wrestling game and said artist is to be agreed upon by the General Managers (or Board of Directors, should they be needed.) Video Creators pick a character to represent a Round Table member, so long as it is respectful or fits their gimmick or is based on their current status in the Round Table (Such as a Mid Carder may get MVP, or a Jobber may get Zack Ryder)

    Champion Influence:
Respectful and deserving champions shall enjoy very small amounts of rights that will aid the General Managers in decisions, such as future opponents, match types, and unique stipulations, should the General Managers need ideas or disagree about decisions. Basically, champions will have a slight, but invaluable, ability to add his or her input on matches, opponents or stipulations if those in power are unable to come to an agreement.

    Closing Statement

In Conclusion these rules and regulations of the Round Table have been defined as fair and just by experienced Round Table members. This Round Table maybe changed and updated as times change but the standards for the Round Table have best been put in this Round Table Constitution.
