Nikita decides that Division should accept a government mission to assassinate the President of Chad while he's in Paris, but Alex disagrees with the plan and refuses to be a part of the mission. Frustrated that Nikita is keeping secrets from the rest of the group, much like Percy did, Alex asks Birkoff to dig up secrets on Danforth to use as leverage in case the government tries to shut down Division. However, Alex and Birkhoff are stunned when they uncover a secret so big it could threaten Division's existence.moreless
Mitch's new client is a learning impaired young man named Nate Murphy who, along with his brother Shawn, was part of a three-man robbery-homicide at a jewellery store. The third man committed the murder and the prosecution is offering a plea to only one of the Murphy brothers. When Nate wants to stick together, Mitch makes an agreement with Shawn's attorney to do so only to have Shawn take the deal anyway. Now Mitch must find a reason for the prosecutor to change his mind.
Also, Tammy persists with Martin Moxon in order to crack the code of the list of numbers he slipped Mitch in hopes of better understanding the Sarah Holt case.
Skeebo is excited about a new magic trick, but his friends aren't so sure. Skeebo's magic tricks haven't always worked out well in the past and have sometimes been rather messy. Skeebo, however, pulls off a great mind-reading trick, to the astonishment of JoJo, Croaky, Trina and his cousin Alex. JoJo's Mom, Peaches, is holding a garage sale and JoJo wants to know how she can help out. Peaches suggest that JoJo sell some of her old toys, but when JoJo sees some of the things that her Mom has gathered, she doesn't want to give any of them up. Then, as she sees how excited some of the kids get over these old toys that she doesn't really even play with anymore, her mind begins to change.moreless
