The FBI stops by to monitor the Proctor prosecution in the wake of the loss of Weber, the key witness in the investigation. Carrie and Sugar are jumped by a biker gang but Deputy Kelly kills one while breaking it up. The bikers vow revenge and disrupt a town festival and go after Kelly. Hood gets his own revenge on the gang after a tip from Proctor. Key evidence against Proctor then disappears from an evidence locker.
