You actually get to be in the room with them alone, talk to them, and read for them. Some will give automatic feedback and help you to work on your material, or you will at least get written feedback. Since working with A-List, I've started working with a top NYC agency for legit representation. I've also had an audition for a top NYC commercial casting company. I highly recommend A-List.
