Josh Gad

Josh is Jewish.

Josh has a small part in the 2007 movie, Watching the Detectives which starred Lucy Liu.

Sonme of Josh's off-Broadway theatrical credits include: All in the Timing, The Crucible, Skin of Our Teeth, Axis of E. . . and Roberto Zucco.

Josh knew, from the age of three, that he wanted to be an actor.

Josh is a huge fan of Sasha Baron Cohen, Ben Stiller and Judd Apatow. They are all people he would love to work with in the future.

Josh wasn't originally cast as Ryan Church in Back to You. He replaced Paul Campbell shortly before the pilot was filmed.

Josh and fellow actor, Seth Gabel (Dirty, Sexy Money) have been best friends since kindergarten.

In 2002, Josh appeared in a direct to video movie, Mary and Joe, a contemporary Christian parable about immaculate conception.

In high school, Josh competed in speech competitions with the National Forensics League. He is a three-time National Champion in oratory and humorous interpretation.

Josh lives in Los Angeles.

On May 10th, 2008; Josh married Ida, a fellow actress he had been dating for three and a half years.
