In his downtime, he enjoys his steam room, the gym, the rewind button on his Tivo, reality television, dancing, Dr. Pepper, and basketball. He also loves Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360.

He broke up with Ashlee Simpson in 2004, after two years of dating. He appeared frequently on her own show, The Ashlee Simpson Show, while they were dating as well.

Josh plays for the Hollywood Knights celebrity basketball team.
