Joshua Wiener, Josh Keaton, Joshua Keaton
The acting bug bit Josh at a very young age; he began his career in an ad for Osh Kosh B'Gosh at only three years old. "Growing up, I was very precocious and also started speaking at a very young age," he says of his childhood progress. It was these advancements in development, along with his outgoing and curious demeanor, that prompted family friends to suggest to his parents they give the youngster a shot in the entertainment business. It wasn't long before Josh gathered multiple acting jobs under his belt, partly because of the support and encouragement of his family.

More While performing with gospel group "All God's Children", produced by Lou Adler (former president of Capital Records), Josh would really begin to discover his passion for singing. He also began to develop a style and musical preferences that would show off his unique gift. While exploring musically at this time, Josh was also busy doing the voice for Young Hercules in the Disney animated film.

All of these blessings were just a start in Josh's always expanding profession. In the early 90s, Josh auditioned for a new vocal group. The quartet became known as No Authority. They recorded their first album, "Keep On", and released it in 1997 on Michael Jackson's MJJ Record Label. Working with big name producers like Rodney Jerkins, the music had a blend of uptempo dance beats and ballads and covered various music genres like pop and R&B. The first single released was "Don't Stop", and that is exactly the phrase the boys lived by as a group. They began to tour throughout the United States and Europe. After a few years, Josh parted ways with the band to pursue a solo career in music.

The recording label RCA quickly picked Josh up, putting his solo music career in motion. While preparing material, Josh's acting career resurfaced on the side, with roles including bad boy Brendan on the daytime drama The Young & The Restless. He recorded his solo album, and it was set to be released in 2000. However, due to management changes within the company, the self-titled album would never be released. This didn't bring down the always ambitious and hard working Josh. Instead, he started writing his own music, which he describes as "music that was the sound I wanted to pursue, and not the pop sound that had been thrust upon me". A release date has not been set for his long awaited solo endeavor, but Mr. Keaton is hard at work in the studio.

In the last two years, Josh has remained dedicated to his calling in acting while preparing on the musical side. He starred in a play in Seattle, Washington with many highly praising reviews. This play, "One Red Flower: Letters From Nam" was written by Emmy nominated Paris Barclay and directed by Ron "OJ" Parsons. Aside from this stage production, he's done a handful of TV work including: a pilot for the WB network, "Prep", along with parts in the hit drama Boston Public, prime time ratings grabber ER, and most recently, the family oriented "The Even Steven's Movie" on the Disney Channel, and a recurring role on the short lived Jerry Bruckheimer show "Skin".

I love that he is in the new "Spectacular Spider-Man" cartoon. hide show

I have played many video games and he is a voice in every hot game that comes out. He is the best when it comes to Video Game Voice Overs and I love his other work too. I have found many pages dedicated to him not to mention his IMDB forums. Just look online or go to his official website for all the videos, sound clips and photos. His is also an incredible singer. The control that he has over his voice is incredible and he also does funny kids charters, foreign accents and speaks Spanish. Is there anything this guy can not do. Maybe he is Super-Man too.
