Joss Stone

First of all, I LOVE Joss Stone! The first song I heard by her was "Tell Me 'Bout It" and as soon as I did, I bought her first album "Mind, Body & Soul" and loved it. It's really amazing!

Joss has an amazing voice that is very hard to pull off.

I don't see why people think that she's music for "older people" because me and my friend love her, and we're pretty young!

I've also heard people say that her music is boring. That could be because it's the kind of music that you're supposed to listen to to calm down, not rock out to.

That's all I gots to say!

I just found out about Joss Stone a little while ago, and I immediately got attached to her music and her lovely voice. She has an amazing voice! I have only listened to one of her songs, but that song brought tears to my eyes. Even after one song, I want her CD. I'll have to buy it soon. Well, there's one thing that bothers me. People think she's old and that she sings the kind of music our parents like. That's not true. She's only twenty years old, and it offensive that people think 20 is old. I'm 27, and I am not old. It's sad that she's taken for granted. Some people won't give her a chance. They automatically judge her without knowing anything about her or knowing what her music sounds like. I knew when my friend XB introduced me to Joss' music, she was amazing, and I was right. She is a great singer, and she has a bit of Kelly Clarkson in her voice. It just makes me sad that people judge her before they listen to her music or learn about her. I never did that. I listened to her music and was attached immediately. I hope to get her CD soon and listen to more of her songs. She has one of the most beautiful voices ever, and she is another imspiration for my singing. Joss, don't let people judge you. You deserve more credit than you get. You have a beautiful voice. Keep up the great work Sweetie.

Pretty cool. Don't know a lot about her, but I want to write a review for her. She is really pretty and I have two pictures of her, one in an ad for GAP for white jeans. Another in a magazine with a flower in her hair. She looked pretty cool in both of them. She was born in England and in an award winning English singing artist. She is an Enlish soul and an R & B female singer. Wrote an album called Mind, Body, And Soul. Cool name for an album, if you ask me. Pretty cool, if I do say so myself. Some info from Wikipedia.

I first heard about joss back when Fell in love with a boy came out and my dad insisted on buying the album as, like her im from devon and my dad wanted to support local talent. i got hooked on soul sessions and then had a opportunity to see her in concert in november, it was her last UK date and her home coming gig to exeter and woww! She was amazing even though she was battling through vocal problems and had, had a busy day recording 'band aid 20' she put on a amazing performance and got me hooked even more. i heard these amazing songs but didnt have the album thats wen i found mind body and soul. Less is more and snakes and ladders were the songs i heard and thought WOW! this girl can really sing and can sing such a wide variety of songs. Joss has also performed with my favourite male artist Robbie Williams where they both did a truely amazing duet of robbie's biggest hit 'angel's' (later covered by jessica simpson she ruined the song) when joss n robbie sang together it sent tingles down my spine, but she went on that night to win 'best UK female solo artist' and 'best urban artist' both well deserved! Joss since then has been touring and doing more songs for various albums the latest being 'god only knows' for the GAP favourites ad Which shows off joss' voice amazingly and has gained her even more support here in the uk seeing as shes the only uk artist in the campaign, this song is truely beautiful with her voice and, im told its her boyfriends fav song too! Under pressure for the Queen tribute album is also a incredible song again showing off how talented joss is and i really want to hear this sang live and hope i will get the opportunity when joss comes back to devon in december. Joss is also opening for the rolling stones which is another big acheivement for her. A couple weeks ago joss could add a duet with james brown and performing infront of billions in the live 8 concert in Hyde park where in both appearances did absolutely amazing and looked beautiful. This girl has truely blossomed and like good wine will get better with age! but one word of warning joss look after your voice we want your career to go on for many years to come as you make such beautiful music with your amazing voice!

Joss Stone is probably one of the greatest singers right now, and one of the few that has a good voice and talent. It is a shame that she's not getting that much fame and glory... yet that she deserves.
