Ms. Gregg's television and film career started in 1964 when she was 20 years old. Her first television appearances were as a nurse in three episodes of McHale's Navy. She then guest starred on many series in the 60s, 70s and 80s, with her last appearance in the Thanksgiving episode of Brothers on Showtime in 1987. She was also a talented stage actress, singer and dancer. She was nominated for a Tony award for her role in The Happy Time on Broadway in 1968 and did win a Theatre World Award for her debut performance for that show. Her most famous role was as Sandra Corleone in the film The Godfather, in 1972.
