Justine Clarke is an award-winning Australian actress and singer, with a strong film and television career behind her. Born in 1971, Clarke made her first acting appearance at the age of seven in an Arnotts biscuit commercial before starring as Anna Goanna in the third Mad Max film. In 1998, she took on the role of Ruth \"Roo\" Stewart on Home and Away which lasted two years. After her departure from the series, Clarke continued acting for a while before pursuing a musical career as both a jazz singer and as part of a rock band. When her band split, Clarke returned to acting,More appearing opposite Heath Ledger in Blackrock and scoring a recurring role in the medical drama All Saints. In 2005, Justine Clarke was awarded Best Actress at the Mar del Plata International Film Festival for the critically acclaimed Look Both Ways. After marrying fellow Australian actor Jack Finsterer, Clarke handled the lead role in The Surgeon, stirred up trouble in Love My Way and shot the film 8.
