Oliver has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, he always has to wear red shoes. If he does not have a pair of red shoes to put on, he will not wear any at all. He carries his own personal fork everywhere he goes, in his front shirt pocket. He refuses to eat with any other utensil, if he forgets the fork, he will go all the way home to retrieve it. He will not eat the purple sweet heart candies, he eats every color, but the purple, he saves all of those in a Ziploc bag.
