Biography:

Kate Harbour is an English actress who has been involved in many TV productions including Lavender Castle, Bob the Builder, Timmy Time, Shaun the Sheep and The secret Show. She was born on April 15, 1971, in London, England. Her father, Michael N. Harbour, is an actor who has appeared in productions such as Casualty, Doctors, Heartbeat, Midsomer Murders and Dixon of Dock Green. Many of Kate Harbour's roles in various television series include voices for different characters. In the TV series Bob the Builder, her voice is used for the characters Wendy, Mrs Potts, Mrs Broadbent, Mrs Percival and Dizzy. In Lavender Castle, Kate provided the voice of the character Lyca while in The Secret Show, her voice was used for the characters Anita Knight and Doctor Doctor. Her expertise to provide differently sounding voices has earned her many assignments through the years. She has also made appearances in other shows including The Magic Key, Yoko, Chuggington and Oakie Dokie.
