Katie: (in January 2008, about her and Tom) There's obviously a lot that's been said about our relationship. There was stuff in the news about our daughter, and that's just not okay. It's something that I don't stand for. I am a mother. I will stand up for my family. I never thought our relationship was a whirlwind. When I first met Tom, I was just like, "Right on, let's do it!" So I've always felt very comfortable and happy with everything.
