- According to Zac Efron in an interview with People magazine, Kaycee was always the most likely to get to the set of High School Musical 3 early.

- Five days after the premiere of High School Musical, Kaycee was in Salt Lake City, about to begin teaching one of her dance classes, when she received word that a manager from Beverly Hills was so impressed by her performance that he wanted to fly her out and meet with her for possible representation. So Kaycee packed her bags, flew to Hollywood, and within weeks won a guest-starring spot on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
