Kelly Hu

She lives in Los Angeles, California

Kelly is well known for providing the voice of Visas Marr in the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords.

Kelly was ranked #4 in Femme Fatale's 50 Sexiest Women 2003.

In 1985, she became the first ever Asian American female to be crowned Miss Teen USA.

While in high school, her favourite movie was Pretty In Pink.

In high school, Kelly's favourite song was "Glamorous Life" by Sheila E.

She is still in touch with her High School drama teacher, Mr Bertina. He was a working actor and taught her a lot about acting.

She has a black belt in karate.

She was named Miss Hawaii USA 1993.

She was scouted by a modeling agent at a shopping mall.

Kelly's cousin was a very successful model in Japan.

While in High School, she entered the Drama program at Kamehameha High School and signed up again every semester for four years. She says that Drama was her favorite class and the worst class was U.S. History.

At 13, she began working in store as a salesperson.

She used to be a baton twirling and marching in numerous parades.

After the divorce of her parents, she moved back in Kahului with her mother and lived with her grandparents.

At the age of 5, Kelly learned ballet, tap and acrobatics.

Kelly's mother enrolled her in dance school.

She appeared on the cover of Maxim magazine in May 2002.

She appeared on live international television audience of more than 50 million people in Miami, when she was sixteen.

Her first signing performance was at her pre-school's Christmas pageant.

Her parents are Herbert and Juanita Hu.

She is of Chinese, English, and Hawaiian ancestry.

She is good friends with Micheal Rosenbaum, Stacy Keibler and actor, Seth Green.

In 2006, she played in the World Series of Poker Ladies Tournament at the Rio in Las Vegas. She finished 175 out of 1125 entrants.

On December 10, 2006, she completed the Honolulu Marathon in just under 5 hours. She finished at 7212 place out of over 28,000 runners.

In May 2003, she announced that she would be performing in the play "Vagina Monologues" in Honolulu, her hometown.

She has a dog named Mushu.

She is the first Asian-American to be featured on the cover of Maxim magazine. At the time of publication, Kelly Hu's cover was the biggest selling issue of Maxim in their history.

In May 2005, she visited with soldiers in Iraq alongside Dean Cain and Amanda Swisten. Unfortunately, she had to cut her visit short due to personal matters.

Kelly co-owned a fast food restaurant, Basic Bites, with her ex-boyfriend.

Her father raised exotic birds.

Her mother worked as a draftsperson for the city and county of Honolulu.

She loves to swim.

Her older brother is a Lt. Colonel in US Army.

She dated (1996-1998) Ahmad Ali Moussaui, an investment banker.

She is 5'5" (1.65 m).

She won the Miss Photogenic title in the Miss USA 1993 pagent.
