Kristi Angus was born in Colona, British Columbia. She studied acting very extensively with Sears and Switzer, Mark High, Garston Actors' Studio and the Equity Showcase Theater. She hosted a television show called KidZone and has appeared in numerous Sci-Fi series such as Millennium, Total Recall, and The Commish.
