In April 2001, Entertainment Weekly singled Kristin Dattilo out as a 'New Breakout Star' and raved, "She shines as Chris Isaak's professionally unflappable but personally hapless manager."
Born in Kankakee, Illinois, Dattilo moved with her mother and two brothers, Brent and Bryan (who later went on to play 'Lucas Roberts' for eight years on NBC's Days of Our Lives,) to West Palm Beach, Florida after her parents divorced in 1974. Her mother, Peggy, a writer, was transferred from Florida to Beverly Hills in the late 1970's, and soon after, Dattilo was bitten by the acting bug.
Dattilo's big break came following high school when she was cast in the NBC series, Hull High. She went on to star in such TV series as Local Heroes with Jay Mohr, Hitz, The Office, and Byrds of Paradise, in which she played the girlfriend of Seth Green's character. She landed recurring roles on The Tracey Ullman Show and Relativity, and had notable guest spots on Ally McBeal, Grapevine, It's Like, You Know…, Angel, JAG, and Friends, where she played Ross' favorite pizza girl. Among her telefilm credits are Child of Darkness with Sela Ward, If Someone Had Known, the mini-series Cruel Doubt, and Exile.
Her feature film credits include Mirror, Mirror, Pyrates with Kevin Bacon, Infinity with Matthew Broderick, At First Sight with Jonathan Silverman, Some Girls with Juliette Lews, and the upcoming comedy, Love and Support. During her recent hiatus from The Chris Isaak Show, Dattilo filmed a starring role in the independent film Coronado, a modern-day Romancing the Stone, filmed in Mexico.
Dattilo also played 'Janie' in the Grammy Award-winning Aerosmith video, "Janie's Got a Gun."
