Talk about Triple Threats - Lalaine is the real deal! An accomplished singer/songwriter, phenomenal dancer, and internationally recognized film and television actress - simply put - Lalaine is a superstar.
Lalaine, a native of Burbank, California, is a vivacious 19 year-old veteran performer. Her first professional job was at the age of 10 in the Broadway Production of "Les Miserables" where she played Little Cosette/Eponine and toured nationally for almost one year.

… More starring role in the Tom Petty music video "Walls." On stage, Lalaine played Annette, the lead character in Opera Pacific's musical production of "Brundibar." Her vocal skills have also been utilized for films such as "Mrs. Santa Claus," "Lolita," and "Geppetto." Her talent as a singer and dancer landed Lalaine a plum role in the Disney movie "Annie" where she played Kate, the orphan.

Lalaine stars as Miranda on the top rated and internationally known Disney Series "Lizzie McGuire" and can currently be seen daily on the Disney Channel and weekly on ABC Family. Also, Lalaine starred in the original Disney Channel feature film "You Wish!," which became the highest rated original film in the channel's history.

Lalaine performed the title song "You Wish" which subsequently began playing on Radio Disney and has been on the station's Top 30 Countdown for the past 6 months. Lalaine's songwriting ability was displayed soon thereafter as she co-wrote six tracks on her debut album entitled "Inside Story" with producers Jay Lazaroff and Erik Isaacs. The CD features her singles "You Wish" and "We All Fall Down" which was inspired by her soon to be released independent film "Promised Land" in which she also has a starring role.

In addition to her recording and writing, Lalaine is a dynamic live performer who has appeared throughout the country at Radio Disney events, radio station concerts, and numerous other performances. She has captivated audiences from California to Florida with her high-energy show and never fails to receive an overwhelming response.
Lalaine will be headlining a Radio Disney Mall Tour throughout Southern California this September sponsored by Power Play. Lalaine has been named the official spokesperson for Power Play, a California Campaign encouraging kids to eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day.

Her funky style and fashion sense have also led to her talent as a clothing designer. She has been featured in such magazines as People, Teen People, Seventeen, Popstars, Bop, Ignite, and countless other publications.

Lalaine was also recently named one of Teen People's 20 Teens Changing the World, which came about as a result of her passion for children and helping others. Lalaine has participated in many charitable events such as the Aids Benefit Concert, Ronald McDonald Charity, N*Sync Challenge for Youth, Children United International, and numerous children's charities.

i think she's just being true to herself. she does what she loves to do, she writes what she wants to say and if it leads her to being famous i think it really doesn't matter at all for her. that's what i think about her. cool lalaine!

LaLaine is totally amazing. hide show

Where do I start off? LaLaine is just totally amazing and she has achieved so much. She is a talented actress and singer and I think she did a superb job in portaying Miranda Sanchez from Lizzie McGuire. I think she is very funny and makes me laugh an awful lot. As for her singing, she has an amazing voice and every song she has released is just brilliant to listen to. I am so glad that LaLaine was discovered to have the talent that she actually has. I also enjoyed her role in the Disney Channel Original Movie, You Wish! LaLaine is just totally amazing. You rock LaLaine!

I really like Lalaine and she happens to be a good singer and actress. hide show

I think Lalaine rocks because she can sing and act and I loved her singing as Miranda and herself.Her voice puts music to my ears.I know people who like Hilary Duff and peaople who don`t like her.Its the same with the Nicklodeon show Zoey 101 which stars Jamie Lynn Spears and I know people who like Jamie but not Britney.I know am off topic but sorry about that.I like Lalaine and Hilary Duff and Britney Spears and Jamie Spears.I like Lizzie McGuire as much as I like Zoey 101.

She is really good but way overrated!! hide show

LaLaine is really good but is totally overrated. I think she was good on Lizzie McGuire. But she should have stuck to acting, because she is a much better actress than she is singer. Lalaine is a way good actress. Now she is underrated, but if you ask enough people, she is overrated. Not much chat about her lately. I wonder what's going on with her. How old is she? Lalaine is cool but just not the cooliest. La Laine is really awesome, but is a kind of bad singer. She is cool but dont put her on your ipod.

Lalaine is possibly one of the most talented Disney Channel stars. hide show

Lalaine is an amazing person! She can sing and act. Lai even writes her own songs which is really rare when it comes to todays Teen Hollywood. She has signed with a non-Disney oriented(sp?) record company. All of her songs are so well written. The best would have to be: "Can't Stop," "Doing Just Fine," "No One," and "Save Myself." "Save Myself" is a very dark song, at least I think it is, it was so much meaning and her voice sounds awesome. Her latest show, Flipside, is very educational. I have learned a LOT about the Phillipins(sp?) because of that show.
