What impact will Laurence Fishburne have on the new season of CSI?

    Laurence Fishburne has been confirmed as a character replacement for the outgoing William Petersen's Gil Grissom. In my humble opinion, the show will get a much needed shot in the arm from Mr. Fishburne's contribution. CSI had been overshadowed by its two sister shows for too long. This move will help put the original show back on top where it deserves to be.

    I never liked any of the other CSI shows. I see those other two as dramas instead of sci-fi/detective shows. It'll be intesting to see what Fishburne contributes to the show with Sara gone and Warrick being blown to kingdom come.
