Leisha Hailey

Ever since I first saw Leisha Hailey on TV, I have considered her somewhat of a revolutionary. There's definitely something about her that so many 'normal' actresses are lacking today. Leisha is funny, but she's not Cameron Diaz funny. She doesn't seem to be funny in a way that would be expected of a woman. She's not 'the ugly girl' but she's not 'the beauty queen' either, which is a dichotomy that seems to be so popular for actresses, and even women in general. I think Leisha is the kind of actress who has had the courage to break rules. She isn't afraid to be funny in a corky, unconventional, androgynic way. TV shows are full of stick-skinny women with great looks but zero personality. Leisha is a successful actress who stands out from the mass. For me, her breakthrough into mainstream TV has been a tremendous source of encouragement. What is very unfortunate, however, is that Leisha is so underrated as an actress. She is definitely much more talented than many of the top-earning actresses today. Perhaps it is because of her sexual orientation that Leisha has not been given roles that she would've deserved, and only in a TV show about lesbians she has been given a starring spot.

Leisha Hailey is one of the actresses representatives more loudly of our generation, and definitively I feel proud for it.

The L word is a serie that breaks many schemes, is out of series and to take the girls\' participation as Leisha Hailey they have done and do that is one of more conference.

She's funny, beautiful,... She's a very good actress. You will think it's the real life because she acts so well. She is also in the real life great. She is modest and that is so beautiful on her. She hasn't got a thick neck like we say here in Belgium. In Belgium is the L Word well-known and Leisha is one of the most adorest actriss of the L Word. Not only because she is beautiful but the most because she is still a great actress. She will bring it far in Hollywood. Believe me! Leisha we all love you!!!

have not seen her any shows before The L Word. She is wonderful in the role of Alice. She is kind of alike to the character that makes me feel I know her when watching the show. And love Alice and Leisha 100%.



She is perfect with Kate Moennig as best friends. Maybe not too good as couple because they both are too funny to be together.

The first time i caught Leisha Hailey was the very first episode of The L word. She soon became my favorite actress on the show. What an original. Her character "Alice" is a journalist- she's full of oneliners. Alice's wardrobe is also amazing,and her hair- well she can't go wrong.

If anyone is into independent music- you should totally check out the group Murmers which she was in. The group is no longer together but their music will live on-it's even on the L word Soundtrack.

Leisha Hailey's personality shines through in everything that she does. She's just beautiful- inside and out.

Leisha Hailey is a talented and versatile actresss, and a gifted musician. She is absolutely hilarious on the L word, but recently flexed her dramatic muscles in an episode of CSI. I am also a huge fan of her band, the Murmurs. She has a lovely personality that shines through everything she does, and I really hope she gets more roles soon!

She is such a talented and beautiful actress! She is one of my personal favorites! Her comedic timing is so on key...she is so f-ing hilarious! Has my stomach hurting from her facial expressions alone! Not to mention she is an extremely talented dramatic actress (hello...C.S.I.)! Has me in tears aswell. Oh...I forgot...she is f-ing HOT! Gorgeous face and sexy bod! She is the total package when it comes to being an actress! She has EVERYTHING!

I've been a fan of Leisha since her days in The Murmurs. The first time I saw her act was in a movie called All Over Me. She was really cute in that and did a great job. I didn't see her in anything after that until The L Word. I was happy when she was cast in something where I'd see her on a regular basis. She's a cool gal and deserves some recognition. Her recent appearance on CSI was also amazing. When I saw her name on the opening credits I was stoked that she was appearing in one of my favourite shows, even if she was covered in hair.

Anyone else think that Leisha Hailey rocks let me know what you think. She\\\'s got it all multi-talented soo cute and she is totally cool!

If you are a fan you will notice that there is one cast member that is very down to earth that would be Leisha Hailey I happen to love her she is awesome and beautiful also a very good actress. Most people would pick Bette or Dana as their favorite actress of the show not downplaying their artistic abilities but I personally pick Leisha Hailey.
