Biography

Lillian Ellison made her debut in the wrestling in 1949 long before and of todays top superstars were born. She made her debut as a valet being called "Slave Girl Moolah". She was a valet for about 20 years before she asked The great Mae Young & Mildred Burke to train her.

In 08/17/1956 the NWA/WWWF (Now WWE) wanted to crown a women's champion. This would be when Moolah made her debut in the ring as a wrestler. She won the title and likes to as she get it for over 28 year but it is not true. Moolah held the title for ten's before she lots it to Betty Boucher 09/18/1966. She won it was from Boucher months later but that would not be her last lost of the title.

From 1968 to 1978 she would lose and win back the title 4 times too Yukiko Tomo, Chiyo Obata, Evelyn Stevens & Sue Green. Then in 1983 when the then WWF left NWA then made up the lie that Moolah was champion for 28 years. In 1984 a new woman would enter the WWE and not only steel Moolah spot-light but her title title also.

It would be almost two year's before Moolah would win the title back. 1985 to 1987 the title was Moolah's she lost it once to Velvet McIntyre in 1986 but won it back 6 days later. Then Queen Sherri enter the WWE and won the title from Moolah. And that was it for Moolah she retied in 1989. but in 1999 she returned once more to win the title for the 10th time from Ivory. She once again retied after losing the title 3 days after winning it. But Moolah still wrestles now and then when the WWE needs her to. She and Mae Young beat Torrie Wilson & Dawn Marie, 23/09/04. Moolah once said it was "to hard to walk away from something you helped start".
