Hilary is eww, and she used to be pretty but she lost too much weight and she just looks gross, atleast Lindsay is gaining it all back...You must be registered and logged in to post a message. Um Hilary, Lindsay....both are overrated. But on a level at least Lindsay's regaining her weight.

Lindsay's definitely got the better of the deal, and all of the more superficial things aside (body, hair, looks- all of which she clearly wins), she's the only of the two who has any actual acting talent.You must be registered and logged in to post a message.

- Better Looking: (Now) Hilary, simply because Lindsay looks aged, quickly, from her recent thin out/ (?)recovery. (Then) I would have said Lindsay, because she seemed more mature, Hilary still was trapped in the little girl thing, even with her roles.
More Talented: Lindsay, more success in movies, and generally a better actress. Although...both of the should stay away from the music industry, in my opinion.
Better Body: Hilary, same as 'better looking' topic.
Better Hair: Lindsay, when it is her natural red.

Cuteness: TIE. Both are too cute to live.
Sexiness: LINDSAY. She is exotic- and naughty-looking. Hilary is sweet, chaste-looking and clean-cut.
Beauty: LINDSAY. I am a total sucker for red hair and freckles - Lindsay is of course the goddess of both. Hilary is conventionally beautiful, like a Miss America, but Lindsay is very special, off the charts. She owns my iPod.
Figure: A LAUGHER - this is no contest.
Acting: LINDSAY, of course - I have seen all of her movies at least once and she is always good-to-excellent. Shes was great in "Freaky Friday" and "Just My Luck". Hilary has done some cutesy roles but no real acting at all. (Although, I have to admit I still watch "Lizzie Maguire" if I catch it while channel-surfing at 2 AM, but just because the shows are funny and the kid is just so d**n cute.)
Singing: HILARY. She has such a sweet voice and I like many of her songs, especially "Wake Up", and "Beat of My Heart". Lindsay's music is much rougher and her voice also, but I like "I Want You to Want Me" and several others.
Song-writing: LINDSAY. I was really impressed with the fact that the lyrics provided in her album were written out in her own hand, and were in many cases about her own life. Not sure - but I have the impression that she wrote her songs but that Hilary did not. Does anybody know?
Role Model for Girls: Ha!!! Another complete LAUGHER. Little Ms "Star of the Gossip Columns" versus the one who makes huge donations to hurricane relief and talks to Jr-High classes while on tour.
Smile: HILARY. Even though Lindsay's overall beauty is just off the charts (holy c**p have I mentioned the FRECKLES?), Hilary's smile is absolutely radiant and can light up a whole room. My iPod is full of those teeth. Lindsay has a sort of sexy smoldering smile, but Hilary's show that she is HAPPY.
Overall: I am totally in love with both, but pressed for a choice I would have to say LINDSAY. She has a soft face that will just get better as she ages, and her acting ability will keep her in the public eye for a long time. Hilary is a very bright star, but will probably burn out faster.
Incidentally, speaking of red hair and freckles, have you noticed Chris Noth's new partner on "L&O Criminal Intent"? Julianne Nicholson is the mother of all cute little red-heads with freckles.

Any comments on her recent notoriety as a strip club performer and her coming movie role on that theme? I am really looking forward to that - maybe now she is ready to do racier parts and show a little more. It may be the case now, as several magazines have stated, that Scarlett Johanssen is the "sexiest woman alive", but I am hoping that Lindsay will overtake her someday.
Hilary would never do something like that (stripper) - and as beautiful as she is, that makes her a bit less interesting - as I keep saying, the job of super-celebs is to ENTERTAIN us, not to provide models for living our lives.
ALSO - given your name, are you a fan of Avril Lavigne and her "Skaterboi" video? I have it on iPod (and Zune - bigger screen) and it is very good as both a song and a video. I had heard she was a "bad girl" of pop, but I now think many of her songs are very good and have interesting lyrics. She is even cute, although certainly not beautiful.
ANOTHER thing on LL - I have listened to more of her music lately and am beginning to like it. Not as pretty as Hilary's, but has edgier lyrics and Lindsay's style is pretty hard-edged also.
At any rate, I TOTALLY DISAGREE with the many people who have said that both girls should stay out of the music biz.
AND speaking of the music biz, God help me but I really really like Paris Hilton's music, especially "Stars Are Blind" and "Screwed".
