    • Lisa Marie and husband Michael Lockwood welcomed twin girls into the world on October 7th 2008. The couple have named them Finley and Harper.
    • In March 2008 it was revealed that Lisa Marie was suing Britain's Daily Mail newspaper after it printed comments that she was 'piling on the pounds'. Lisa Maries claims that due to the reports, she was forced to reveal she was pregnant.
    • Lisa is an outspoken philanthropist, she created 'Presley Place', in Memphis, Tennessee, a transitional housing facility. She is also the founder of the Literacy, Education, & Ability Program, (LEAP) that raises money and awareness to fight illiteracy.
