    • Lyndsy: (on her first boyfriend) It was in sixth grade, and all we did was write each other love letters with little cartoons, and then at lunchtime we would trade them. Very innocent.

    • Lyndsy: (on filming a sex scene for a first time) There's a scene in Kick-Ass where my costar Aaron Johnson and I are having sex in an alleyway. It was really kind of awkward. There were all these guys standing around, trying to find the best way for him to have sex with me. They were like, 'What if we bend her over?' 'No, what if we do this?' I was like, 'Umm, I don't want to do that!'

    • Lyndsy: When a man leaves you notes saying he loves you, or asks how your day was - and then listens - you feel special.

    • Lyndsy: When I was a dancer, I felt this great sense of knowing my body and being in my body, and I think it's really easy as women to lose that and not really be one and loving it.

    • Lyndsy: Pilates is my favorite meditative way to get in shape. I don't like the gym and I don't like running, so I just lay on my Pilates reformer. It's great

    • Lyndsy: I wanted to be a dancer my whole life. And when I gave it up to act, I always had a really sad part of myself that missed it and missed performing and missed being physical in that way.

    • Lyndsy: Women tend to take care of men a lot, but I like a guy who balances that out and takes care of me, too.

    • Lyndsy: When a man leaves you notes saying he loves you, or asks how your day was - and then listens - you feel special.

    • Lyndsy: (on what drew her to play the character Dawn in "Remember the Daze") I guess I could relate to her in many ways. I remember when I was that age, high school age, and being really insecure with yourself, wanting to be loved and wanting to fit in and wanting to find out who you are, maybe going about things the wrong way. I also found somewhat of a strength in her, that she wanted to come out with being gay, and I thought that was very courageous of her.

    • Lyndsy: I had moved to L.A. when I was 12. I didn't really keep in contact with my friends from middle school. I had very nice friends and everything, but I always felt a little different. It was kind of like a small-town suburbia. I wanted to just break out of that kind of environment - I never really felt like I was at home there. When I moved to LA it was really when I was like, 'OK, I'm home. This is something that I can be passionate about.'
