Maggie: I don't usually get hit on that much; maybe my height is intimidating or something.
-
Maggie: The English accent is pretty damn cute, though. It makes anything sound intelligent. I really enjoy observing my British castmates like
Dom and
Naveen; they can get so much mileage out of the accent, it's ridiculous.
-
Maggie: I think
Lost isn't married to one particular genre. I wouldn't call it some sort of supernatural or a drama; it has a little bit of everything. I think that's what manages to garner the amazing critical (praise) and (draw) commercial audiences as well. It has all those elements. It marries them seamlessly together. There's really something for everyone which doesn't happen much.
-
Maggie: I had to come back to L.A. to do more stuff for The Fog and more press stuff but I've worked every day for the past couple of weeks over there. And I was still seeing everybody after work. It's a really close cast. I've made friends that I'll have hopefully, my whole life. I've never belonged to a group of people like this. Of course there are always a couple of people who will rub you the wrong way but there is so much trust there and that really shows and helps.
-
Maggie: I'm learning more and more about fashion as I go. I never really had the disposable income before. I shopped at garage sales in high school. I love the vintage stuff.
-
Maggie: I love
Radiohead; all the imports, the really hard to get live versions from Europe. I have it all. I listen to my iPod between scenes.
J.J. [Abrams] gave us all iPods at the beginning of the show. It's the kind of thing I would never have bought for myself and I love it. Music is really important to me but I'm not the most technologically savvy.
-
Maggie: I feel like I should have more of a Morrison-type of thing on,
-
Maggie: I think some of them have viewpoints about enjoying your twenties and are living vicariously through me – they would probably have me with a different guy every night. They're like: 'Go girl, go'
-
Maggie: High heels can be sexy. But before you leave the house, make sure you can walk in them. I've made that mistake!

Maggie: High heels can be sexy, but before you leave the house in them make sure you can walk in them. I've made that mistake.
-
Maggie: I love the show
Deadwood. I watched the show's first season in one sitting. I also have
Seinfeld on DVD.
-
Maggie: I'm very different person than my character, I should hope. But I'm always coming from a place of knowing where she's been and why she does what she does.
-
Maggie:(On Jergen's Soft Shimmer Body Lotion: It's the best and is only a couple bucks--an added bonus.
-
Maggie:
(On skinny-dipping with Lost co-stars Matthew Fox and Josh Holloway) There's a lot I can't remember, thanks to Josh and Foxy's tutelage.
-
Maggie:
(On her show Lost) I've grown up quite a bit on this show... It's the first time I've had this sort of camaraderie and trust with a group of people. That's been so important to me personally.
-
Maggie: (On living in Hawaii) I love it here... but it's not a place you can really pursue acting.
-
Maggie: (On kissing co-stars on screen) A first kiss is hard to fake on screen. It's tempting to practice before you shoot, but why blow that natural awkwardness on a rehearsal? There's something so beautiful about it that can't be faked.
-
Maggie: I have a major thing for
Colin Firth. I blame the wet shirt scene in
Pride and Prejudice. So sexy.
Bridget Jones' Diary doesn't do him justice.
-
Maggie: Make-out moments with
Ian Somerhalder and shower scenes with
Tom Welling? What can I say, I'm willing to suffer for my craft!
-
Maggie: I can definitely be tough when pushed. In relationships, you have to take a stand for who you are and how you're willing to be treated.
-
Maggie: I have a couple of marks from a spill I took while riding a Harley in a
Law & Order: SVU episode. I try to convince myself that they look cool. Note to self: Never ride a motorcycle in stilettos and a miniskirt.
-
Maggie:
(On life after Lost) Suddenly, I'm getting all these scripts... Really cool movies.
-
Maggie: (On her favourite drink, tea) I collect imported teas, I have a few cupboards full! It's like wine, each has it's own flavour and you get into their little nuances.
-
Maggie:
(On watching Lost even though she isnt on it anymore) I do love watching
Lost, isn't that awful? When we first started we'd watch it on TV because we couldn't believe it had been picked up by a TV station and we got hooked! We'd all watch together.
-
Maggie: (On her legs) I used to trip over my legs and get detention for my too-short shorts because none fit. I still trip, but now I like to show them off.
-
Maggie: You should have met me on the
Pilot [Of
Lost], I was so sweet. Now I'm just one of the guys!
