Marilyn Chambers

Marilyn: It was difficult for me to meet men who didn't have this preconceived notion about me, or else were totally intimidated and shaking. Tom had no idea who I was. He'd never heard of me. I was crushed. I thought I was famous. But he cracked me up. He made me laugh so hard I was rolling on the floor.

Marilyn: I try not to think about it actually. I know that fame is fleeting. I am honored that people think that way. I really don't know what to say. I try not to think about it in those terms. (On being popular.)

Marilyn: I think she is one of the best. She takes a lot of time and effort. If there was a problem, she was approachable and changed things immediately to make everyone feel comfortable. On the other hand, she's no shrinking violet. She can be tough when she had to be and works her butt off. I don't know how she does it sometimes. She is just very devoted and dedicated. I would like to see her win some awards. (On working with director Veronica Hart.)
