Mariska Hargitay

Mariska and her husband, Peter Hermann, had their first child, a boy, on June 28, 2006 by C-section. Named him, August Miklos Friedrich. August in German means revered and exalted. His name also is for the month of, August, which is when Mariska and Peter married, two years before. Congratulations to the both of them. Baby August was born at 10 pounds and 9 ounces.
