Mark Allen Shepard is best known as playing Morn, the most common and popular patron of Quark's Bar on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He appeared in over 90 episodes of Deep Space Nine, as well as the pilot of Voyager. His character had an episode named after him. He became one of the most popular characters on the show...and he nevr spoke a single word of dialogue. The genius of Mark's work was his ability to communicate through several layers of laytex with just his eyes. He showed all sorts of emotion, such as amusement, regret, and puppy-love with just a few glances. While he will never merit an award as Morn, I feel his contribution to the show was as important as all of the other fine actors on this classic sci-fi program.
