    Mark Messier is one of the premier players in the league. He is famous for his leadership on the ice, and in locker room considered one of the best leader's in sports. Mark is an excellent player he is famous for his off wing wrong foot wristed shot which he scored hundreds of goals with. He is a very accurate shooter,with a very lethal backhand, and he sees the ice extremly well. He in my mind is better then Wayne Gretzky. Gretzky never won a Cup without Messier, and he was never the leader he Messier was. I don't think there will ever be another Mark Messier.
