Mark was born in Liverpool and went to the Holt High School in Childwall before attending RADA in London. Mark is a fan of Liverpool FC and starred in the football drama, Hillsborough, as Eddie Spearritt. He also played a crook in Playing the Field and a detective in Liverpool 1
But the biggest event as far as Mark was concerned last year was the birth of his son. Benjamin's mum is Mark's Liverpool 1 co-star and partner of two years, actress Samantha Janus (Game On, Babes in the Wood). Mark, who also ha a five-year-old son from his first marriage, says that the
