What is there to say about Marlon Brando? A Genious. A Master of acting. Probably the best actor of all time, who changed the way to act. The wierd thing is that he never even enjoyed it. With "A Streetcar Named Desire" he had a whole new style, wearing T-Shirts and jeans. Later in "On The Waterfront" he won and oscar. and a new star was born.

It was quiet for a long time untill 1972 when he (for free) played Don Vito Corleone in the masterpiece The Godfather, by many (including me) said to be the best movie ever made. He won his second oscar but didn´t accept it because of the way they treated the indians. He passed away in 2004 and will remain a legend.
  • Marlon's a stud, and a total talented individual

The first time I took a look at Marlon Brando in the movie "A Streetcar named Desire," I was like, what a stud and a good looker, too. He was probably a ladies man. Look at that body. After that movie, I started renting out more old movies and whoa the guy won an Oscar in "On the Waterfront." Unfortunately his marriage life was kind of yikes. He didn't last long with many women. I consider him quite a talented guy though he had bad behaviour like Stanley. I only saw him once down the street in 1998. He's probably the best looking grandpa since- since ever!

One of the best lookers and actors of the century

Marlon Brando was, may he rest in peace, one of the best actors to ever grace the big screen. From "The Godfather" to "Apocalypse Now," the man has done it all. No one else can pull of similar roles with as much gusto and realism as he did. All up and coming actors should study this man and just strive to be him.

He was one of the best actors ever, he appeared in a lot of great movies like in Superman and the Godfather and he is quite a good actor. The movie of the Godfather is awesome and I think that he was one of the best actors ever, I think he was really cool!
  • The greatest actor ever.

Marlon Brando is and will be for a long time the greatest actor ever. His role as Stanley Kwolsi in A Streetcar Named Desire was very raw for his time. He was real. This is what set him a part from other actors. His role in The Godfather was my personal favorite. He had such good energy and a great personality as an actor.

Brando set the stage for many other actors. He defined modern methods of acting. He is truly the greatest actor ever.

Marlon Brando is my all time favorite actor, and I believe he is among the best in cinema history. His performances as the down and out boxer, Terry Malloy, in On the Waterfront (1954) and Don Vito Corleone in The Godfather (1972) are two of the best crafted performances in movies. Brando, for all of his eccentricities, truly was a superb actor and great talent. In his later years, he hid himself in layers of fat and in self imposed seclusion but his performances on screen will last as long as movies are shown. In summation, Brando was the best at his craft, but never wanted the fame and attention he received.
