Martin was nick-named "The Twisted Lister" on his show The Screen Savers. On the show, he produced and presented strange "twisted" top-five lists similar to David Letterman's "Top 10" lists.
Sargent currently hosts a daily comedy show called Why Today Sucked for the Sprint cell phone channel "Laugh Riot". This program is only available for video-enabled cell phones on the Sprint network.
Sargent originally planned to create a show on TechTV called Unzipped which dealt with more adult themes in technology. However, show producers discovered a Canadian adult magazine with the same title and decided against the name. Sargent eventually tried again for another idea for a show, this time calling it Unscrewed. This show idea was accepted.
