Matt Czuchry

Watching the Gilmore Girls has certainly become an adventure from beginning up to the sixth season. I certainly can\'t wait to view season seven, but since I’m from the Philippine then I will have to wait till next year to find out what happens to our favorite characters. To all of you who have the privilege of watching it every time it comes out on the WB, I certainly envy you.

One character that I have certainly noticed and adds color to the wonderful cast is Matt Czuchry as Logan. At first I did not think that he would become a regular character but as the fifth season unfolds, Logan suddenly becomes Rory’s boyfriend. Hence making Matt Czuchry a regular on the show, one would know since he’s already part of the opening credits.

Logan as a character can look simple at times, seeming to be the usual rich pampered brat but then there are times when he is seen as compassionate and full of depth. A young man being pushed into a life he obviously does not wish to live, Logan finds everyway he can to escape and rebel. Then Rory Gilmore enters or visa versa since they did cross paths. After a few ups and downs, Rory becomes a very important part of Logan’s life and hence at the end of season six Peter Pan is forced to grow up.

Matt Czuchry, as Logan certainly gives the character the kind of dimensionality that makes him endearing to the audience. No matter what trouble he gets into. Logan then becomes a character that one could say is possible in the real world. Not many actors can actually accomplish this in a short amount of time. Matt Czuchry shows the kind of talent that can be rough around the edges at times but certainly has potential. I anticipate much growth from him in his craft and he certainly shows it on the screen. When the audience is able to forget the name of the actor playing a character and associate that character with someone real then I would have to say that the actor is doing a great job. It’s like how one forgets that Tom Hanks is the one playing Forest Gump, hence the Oscar win, and how one keeps thinking its Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible no matter how strong the character of Ethan Hunt is. I certainly wish Matt Czuchry all the best in his acting career and would definitely want to see more work from him outside of the show. If he’s the kind of person I read about in interviews then I think the sky is the limit for this one. All we need to do is wait and see.

This is one character that has really developed in this episode. He matured from a rich playboy to a loving,commited boyfriend! Now the last thing we need to see is him finding his path in life whether it be in journalism or otherwise and STAYING WITH RORY! I really don\'t understand why people love to criticize this character because of him resenting his upbringing. He has every right to, who wouldn\'t when all your life you have had no say in it? He wants to step out of his father\'s shadow but lacks the strength, I think that he is a Loreli in the making! Which makes him good for Rory because of such strong similarities.

hhmmmm....matt is a wonderful guy i think....although i never met him b4...but i fell in love with him since the first time i saw him in gilmore girls movie...i love the way he act...his personality...his talent...i do hope i could meet him some time....he is a romantik person too.....he seems to b a little bit shy...but it\'s ok 4 me...lol... as long as he is not married or engaged 2 anyone i think...i will try to win his heart....hehehe....just kidding....i do hope i will have a chance to meet him.....have a date with him....a romantic date of course....hehe...hope my dreams may come true one day....

I think that Matt is great for his role on Gilmore Girls because he has the ability to have a serious side, a mad side, a party side, and many more different moods. He can show emotion great, not to mention Rory and Logan look like a picture perfect couple in the show Gilmore Girls. They have a bond that makes it look like they are truly a couple. I love his personality, his looks, and the way he acts. I also think that the writers of Gilmore Girls would be making a huge mistake if the decide to break Logan and Rory up on the show!

Matt Czuchry is a one of a kind star. He is really nice and caring. I Love his acting, He is the perfect match for Rory on Gilmore Girls. I Think he is SOOO HOTT! I wish I played Rory on Gilmore girls! And he looks really young for his age. I thought he was 20, 21 ish but really he is 30! what a surprise! I Hope to see him more often on shows and movies. I also hope Gilmore girls will come on for more seasons. I LOVE that show. HE is sooo cute! I have tons of pictures of him.

When i first saw Matt play Logan. I have to say. I never expected him to end up with a reaccuring role. He is exactly what the show needed. He is defiantly talented. Anyone who can pull off the fast talking that this show has is talented in my book. He is totally goergeous too. He fits in perfectly with Lauren and Alexis. I'm am sure that it would take alot of self-control to work with someone like Lauren and Alexis. I am excited as season 6 ends and season 7 will start. Since i have heard that Matt has signed on to do 13 of the 22 episodes in the season. I look forward to the coming season.

Matt Czurchy is a wonderful actor that is original at least that is my opinion. He’s stuff is fresh he can make the pros look bad because of how well he dose his job. No matter that he is drop dead gorgeous. I still watch him not because of that reason his work is amazing he brings something new each scene that you see him in. His can make a dull day brighten up from his charm, or his laughter, or his unique way of acting that he brings to show you are watching. He can light up your least favorite show into a show that you could go on to watch for a lifetime. He is an original actor that everyone should see him in some kind of his work and you will instantly fall in love with him.

i think he got a potencial for become a good actor. and he prove it in the last season of gilmore girls. Logan the character who plays on the show is a mix of the character of jess (milo ventimiglia) and tristan (chad michael murray), and apparently this combination works. in my opinion about him is he will be a good actor in a future, he got charm for capture the audience's interest and combine with a good performance he become in the next superstar.

So will check his next perfomances and time to tell if he got future in the show business.

Matt is an incredibe actor and a Talented tennis player apparently. He is really undercredited and that, i think is totally unfair. I am a strong believer in the saying that credit is given where credit is due. and they dont give him enough in my personal opinion.



And to all of my fellow girls, He is TOTALLY, utterly, and completely HOT!!!! am i right? dumb question, because the obvious answer is YES!

I choose LOVE HIM, is the guy that every girl want, is perfect for Rory in the show and perfect for every one else outside of it... Is as good as Chad Michael Murray (Tristan Dugrey), I don`t like either Jess or Dean...



I want that my guy has Logan`s personality, don`t you?

I happened to watch a movie on A&E right after watching the Gilmore Girls. It was with Ryan O\"neil in his twenties (with Barbara Streisand). Logan (or Matt) and Ryan are twins. Is there really a family connection that we are not being told about? I don\'t think it is possible that two people can share the same looks, mannerisms, and general disposition without being related.

Words can not express how much I love Matt Czuchry. His role on Gilmore Girls is amazing. He portrays, Logan, Rory's boyfriends prefect. He has the look of upperclass American and speaks like it as well. They could not of choosen a better Logan. I can't wait to see what else Matt has in his future, which I hope is alot!!!!

It seems odd to me that in these pages we are giving Matt Czuchry a review and a rating...but based on his 8.8 average rank I had to chime in with my 2 cents.



Logan Huntzburger is an appalling character and his presence in the story, coupled with the deterioration in the writing and the plot patterns, has made me, up until last season a bigtime loyal "Gilmore Girls" fan, decide to give up this series!



Logan was introduced in the series by being snooty and obnoxious to Rory's friend, Marty, for which Rory rightfully took him to task. It was never clear to my WHY Rory changed her mind about Logan and this inauthenticity has been grinding on my nerves ever since. I gave the show up once before but after Rory looked at Logan with fresh eyes after he was snooty and obnoxious to Jess (Ah....how I miss Jess and Dean!)I tentatively came back to the once-beloved show with new hope!



However the "Friday Night's Alright for Fighting" was the second and, for me, the last time this show "Jumped the Shark"!



As for Matt Czuchry, I suspect I should give him a 10 for this performance. He plays Logan perfectly! I didn't know that he'd played an underprivileged man in another series. I would like to see that as a basis for comparison.



And, yes, I've noticed the awkwardness when Logan kisses Rory. I actually find that single aspect of Czuchry's performance endearing.

I think he is a great actor one of my favorites. He is very cute but he isn't fotogenetic. He has something over him something charming and thats why i have to say he is very handsome and I think his role in gilmore girls is perfect for him. He plays a great person what he is doing very well I hope he will play longer in gilmore girls a staring role than the other guys in the serie. So I think he is GREAT and very handsome :D

He's just one of the most attractive men i've ever seen. He is one of my favorite actors on television. And did I mention he is beautiful. I love his character on Gilmore Girls, I think that he's one of the best boyfriends that Rory has had, he's able to spar with her and he keeps her on her toes not to mention he's the ultimate bad boy. What girl isn't attracted to the bad boy.

I would love to see him in a movie where he has a chance to do a good deal more acting than on the Gilmore Girls. From what I have seen and read about him he appears to be quite talented. He and Alexis have chemistry that works for the show. The fact that he didn't start out as an actor is good because maybe that will help him later in his acting career. I have noticed that alot of actors take the same type of parts in movies. For example: Benjamin Bratt either plays a detective or a someone in the military generally. It gives me the impression that is what he would have done if he had not chose acting; well with Matt he has already led another life. Just a thought.

okay, so the guy can act and he\'s easy on the eyes... but has anyone every noticed that he looks extremely ackward when he kisses Alexis. he scrunches up his shoulders and leans in a little too far. Oh well, I still like him as an actor so he gets top ratings from me.

Loved Matt in Young Americans as the lower-class, protective ex-boyfriend of Bella. He was fabulous! And this past season of Gilmore Girls, I almost didn't recognize him as Logan, the rich, sometimes snobbish classmate/boyfriend to Rory. He has been fab this season on Gilmore Girls, and has been one of the top reasons it's been catapulted back into my top five favorite tv shows. I really hope he is part of the cast for good. he's rejuvenated the show, and his character Logan has a lot to teach Rory. She's been sheltered too much of her life! I also really hope Matt gets some movie roles soon, and if not a permanent place on Gilmore Girls, another TV show. This kid is too talented not to be in the lime light!

He is amazing on screen. He is a total natural and so handsome. He gives his charaters exactaly what they need. Plus he is such a total sweetheart in real life. He is so shy you would never exspect that from him, he is so so kind to every person he meets. He also has one of the greatest smiles ever. So if you want to see a totally talented actor watch Matt.

Matt is truly talented. He's set an amazing character on the show Gilmore Girls. You can love him and another time you just hate him! Amazing how he can do that to you!

For example, you can hate how he just emberassed Rory in her class but you can also love him for it because he just wants Rory to have more fun. But most of the times you can't just love him, just the way he supports Rory and Matt Czuchry does this in a great way. He can play the arrogant guy but also the sweet guy! Amazing!
