- Maurice has appeared on three different soap operas as the character, "Sonny Corinthos." From 1993 to the present, he has appeared on the ABC daytime drama series, General Hospital as Sonny. In 2000, he crossed over to the spin-off series, Port Charles, as Sonny. In 2007, he had a cameo appearance in one episode of the second General Hospital spin-off series, General Hospital: Night Shift.
