Meagen Fay is an American actress from Joliet, Illinois, who studied drama while attending college in Ireland. Born in 1957, Fay's stage debut came at The Dublin Theatre Festival in a production of Lysistrata during the late 70s. She returned to Chicago in 1980 and started working at the Off Loop Theatre. Her work in the company earned her spot in Chicago's The Second City Comedy Brigade where she worked until making her TV debut in the 1994 crime drama, Ohara. Fay got her big break the following year, landing a small role in the comedy feature film, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. She returned to television in 1986 and played mostly character roles on network prime-time shows throughout the rest of her career. Fay worked on reoccurring roles on the hit shows, Suddenly Susan, Seinfeld, Roseanne and Mad About You. The actress also appeared in the motion picture, Magnolia in 1999 and Mad Money in 2008. Fay has made over 100 film and TV appearances in her fifteen-year career in show business.
