Michael: I'm very against shoes. I don't like them. When I have to take wear shoes on set, I wear no socks, no matter if they're dress shoes, whatever. I'm very comfortable being free. Getting into suits, dress pants kind closes me off, so I express my freedom with my feet.

Michael: (biggest weakness) Trust. Sometimes I don't trust people when I should and sometimes I trust people when I shouldn't. I have a soft spot in my heart for people who are in need or just mean. It gets you in trouble.

Michael: (ideal date) I have two. One is dinner on the beach and then hanging out, walking with your feet in the water and the stars up above. The second would definitely be a romantic night at Fenway Park, under their majestic lights. Go Red Sox!

Michael: (best thing about working on daytime) The new family that I've been brought into here. There are some phenomenal actors here ad I love getting to know interesting people.

Michael: (on being shy) It's surprising, but I'm shy when I meet people. When I go out with friends to a bar or wherever, I go out out hang with my mates. I don't go to meet girls and I feel awkward meeting one at a bar. I'm not a likely to meet the person I want to spend the rest of my life with at a bar.

Michael: (after being nominated for an Emmy) I didn't have to get up early that morning, but my mum's on the East Coast where the announcements air three hours earlier. When she called I nearly killed her! If I win I probably won't even see thr award -- my mum will take it home to make sure it's safe, because I'd probably take it to a bar and lose it.

Michael: (on his Y&R character) It's soo much fun to play someone who has a darker side to them, I don't want to play someone who is perfect.

Michael: (on his father Silvio) My father has been a wonderful role model and inspiration to me my entire life. He's always been there when I needed him. He's always been able to steer me in the right direction.

Michael: (on the show Family Guy) It's very edgy. Your jaw drops while you watch it because you're so shocked.
