Michael's first popular role was playing the character of Lenny on the hit tv show Laverne and Shirley. Michael has had a long and interesting career in television, film and in the stage. Now he is best known for his work in the ensemble films created by Christopher Guest. He is also known for his portrayal of David St. Hubbins in the movie Spinal Tap.
