I love Mike Lobel. He is really talented actor. I love how he act. He is amazing actor. I like how he act. He do really good job on Degrassi Movie and show. He is one of best actor in Degrassi . He shouldn't be bigger star. He should start his own show. He should go to Hollywood became more famous. He doing very good at Degrassi. I love his character jay. He is handsome. Mike is very good at how he do. Jay is one of my favorite character in Degrassi. He should really start his show. He deserve his own.

Michael Ryan \"Mike\" Lobel (born March 7, 1984) is a Canadian actor.



Born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Michael Ryan Lobel is the oldest of three siblings. At a young age he began showing interest in music and visual arts which drew him to Etobicoke School of the Arts. He attended ESA from 1998 to 2003, first majoring in music (a skilled musician, he studied percussion) then later switching to drama. While at the school he formed several musical groups and is currently working on his solo project. It was in his graduating year at ESA that he began working as an actor.



In 2003 Mike made his film debut in an adaptation of Oliver Twist directed by Jacob Tierney entitled Twist. He played a small role as a street thug alongside actor Nick Stahl.



Mike’s most notable performance to date is his portrayal of “Jay Hogart”, a manipulative school bully on Degrassi: The Next Generation. He maintains that he is nothing like his character in real life. Mike had originally auditioned to play the role of “Dylan” and instead was offered the larger role.



He has appeared on television in Zixx: Level One and Sue Thomas F.B.Eye and has had starring roles in Selling Innocence and Booky Makes Her Mark. Mike will make a guest appearance on a new television series next year entitled The Best Years.

He is a great actor with lots of talent. Besides that he has his looks so working for him. He is just plain out awsome. To play the role he does as jay takes alot of talent especialy if he really is'nt mean or "ghetto". To play a role like that takes time and dedication. Mad props to Mike.

I think that Mike Lobel is the most talented guy on Degrassi. He may be relatively new to the cast, but now that Daniel Clark is no longer playing Sean, Mike is the best there is. He is great at acting out his character and no matter how bad he may seem, I can't help but be attracted to him. He pulls off the bad boy persona in such a real way; I don't even care that he is bad news, I find myself drawn to him. I believe he should be on the show much more than he already is; it was one of the smartest moves to bring him on!

Mike Lobel is an amazing actor. He is so talented. I can't wait to see him in more Degrassi episodes. I saw him in 'Selling Innocence' and he was great. He is gorgeous too. ;) Haha. I think it is great that he is in the theme song video for Degrassi The Next Generation. My favorite episode with him in it was 'Secret'. It covered a topic that other shows probaly wouldn't cover. He is one of my favorite actor. He also has a very nice voice too. I listened to his song! So, keep up the good work Mike!

Wow Mike is hott and and i dont say that offen but my cousin does ( not you)! My heart Belongs to Jake and i will stick to him 4ever!! Wow mike play Jay on Degrassi and it wasn't until the first epsiode of the 5 season that i thought he was cute and spinner but spinner (shane kippel) was always hott but Jake is my love of me life!! Some ppl say that i am to young to be in love but i look at Jake And he is the Meaning of it!! I love him if i had one wish is would be whtever he wanted!!! I would give my life away for him!!

OMG mike is sooo gorgeous he is the hottest guy who plays on Degrassi! i love his charactor he is my fav x0ox* Courtney.....................hes the best ever! he plays the best in degrassi and im gunna keep writing till i get 50 words so i can submit this soo....my name is courtney and im new to tv.com so like yea i love the show desgrassi and mike lobel i have pictures of him on my wall and i kno every degrassi episode and i have every single 1 on dvd SO HA!

He is an amazing actor on Degrassi.He is good at playing a bad boy . I can't wait to meet him. I am meeting him at one of the summer tours when the cast of Degrassi go to malls in the US. And come and meet there fans.I am going to meet Aubrey Graham(Jimmy) and of course the one and only Mike Lobel(Jay).

he has gotten a lot hotter since season 4, especially with his hat off!! he is a good actor. I love degrassi and he is a big part of it. he is probably even hotter then craig and sean. even marco,dylan,jimmy,spinner,toby,jt........well actually not really any of them bois are hot except for mike lobel,daniel clark, and jake epstien anyway.
