Mike Reiss has proven how brilliant his writing can be a trillion times in my eyes, first let me say he is the better of his former writing partner Al Jean, leaving him was the best thing that happened to Reiss and now Al Jean is struggling to run the Simpsons. I am going to tell you the best things Mike has done:

    1.The Critic

My all time favourite series, was Reiss' idea and he and Al did a great job running it, their scripts that they wrote on the show were just great and this is his Labour Of Love. And of course the internet shorts of the show that he wrote were great.

    2.The Simpsons

His work on the Simpsons was and is just terrific, when he used to run the show it was in its height and when he would write a script it would become one of my favourite episodes.

Also the one-offs he and Al would do were great some of the bests: Lisa's Sax, Round Springfeld and of course Simpson Tide, The Springfeld Files and the Critic crossover A Star Is Burns. And his jokes in the new episodes stand out to me, of course he is now only a consultant on the show, but I'm sure he still works hard. And he is now of course working on the Simpsons movie.

    3.Queer Duck

Queer Duck was the first thing Reiss made independtly, ie without Jean, and it turned out great, what's better than a flash animated Series about a gay duck which is really explicit and rude, nothing! I have reviewed Queer Duck and called it "A Daily Fix." I can't get enough of this show and it was amazing to see what Reiss can do on his own.

    4.Queer Duck: The Movie.

This was just brillaint, Mike thinks of it as the best thing he ever wrote and I agree, he wrote it all by himself and made it so funny and made it had a good plot.

Well there's Mike's biggest and best work summed up there, I wonder what he'll do after The Simpsons, nobody evers knows what Reiss is going to do next.....
