Miley Cyrus has been nominated as "Favorite Female Singer", "Favorite TV Actress" for her role as Hannah Montana/Miley Stewart and "Favorite Voice from an Animated Movie" for her role as Penny in the movie "Bolt". This is the second time Miley has been nominated for "Favorite Female Singer" (She won it last year) and it's her third nomination for "Favorite TV Actress" (She has won the award two years in a row).
