Her most famous roles are as Mandy Hampton in "The West Wing" and as Karen Roe in "One Tree Hill". She needs to go further than that.

Could she get any better? Moira is absolutely amazing! She gives me chills when I watch her do emotional scenes on One Tree Hill. She makes you think she is really hurting and feeling the pain herself. With her shaky voice and teary eyes, she'll win you over in a heartbeat. I know that every scene I watch her in is going to be great. I would love to see more of her on the show. She done a fantastic job as adult Nala on The Lion King. You could hear the hurt in her voice. She goes above and beyond.

Whenever I see her in any role, a poor mom, career woman, single mom, etc. I always see her as a rich and intellectual person like the one she portrayed in Cutting-Edge. She act splendidly. A loving single mom in OTH TV drama program her best really came out. She played so well as mom and a wounded but trying to fight real hard woman for her lost life and love to a man so greedy. I like her when she goes paranoid when her son’s future and life is at stake and fights back to Dan.

Moira Kelly is a beautiful, talented and outstanding actress who is probably most well known as her character in the WB hit series "One Tree Hill" she plays single mother of a teenager (Lucas Scott). She plays her character with profession and spunk. The show is blessed to have her on board as a regular character on the show. The show would trully not urvive without her. She is confident in who she is and does not take her self for granted. She really is ready for big films and she is ready to branch out to other projects, but for now she is doing a great job in Tree Hill.

She does a great job playing her roll. I just wish things could of worked out with her & Keith. That would of been great! If she gives Dan another shot now that she is pregnant, I will jump through the TV and strangler her. I hope she meets somebody next season.

i first saw moria kelly an one tree hill playing a caring single mom. she plays a mother who adores her son and will do just about anything for him. then i had seen her in the first season of the west wing and i was totally amazed with her performance in that show. she was a hot headed pr person for the president of the united states. i think that she is very talanted because both of those roles are very different and she pulled both of them off. the epiosode of one tree hill she directed was great to and i did not know she was resposeible for that episode.

I started watching One Tree Hill because I found out Moira Kelly was on it.I knew her from films The Cutting Edge and Entertaining Angels, among others.She is an impossibly beautiful woman, and also a fine actress.She is very effective as Karen on the show-I only wish she got more screen time.I would probably still watch OTH without her(I also like Hilarie Burton)but it would be significantly less enjoyable.I wish they would pair her with a more appealing actor than the guy who plays Keith but she is still interesting in that relationship.It is hard me to imagine a more all-around enchanting woman.

Moira Kelly has to be my favourite adult on the television series One Tree Hill. She was so funny this season when she was saying ‘Woot woot!’ haha that was great. Moira I think is best remembered for her role in “The Cutting Edge” and that was a good movie. Moira is definitely a talented actress and that’s what makes her my favourite adult on One Tree Hill- she can do drama, she can do comedy. If I were to describe Moira in one word it would have to be: awesome. Moira is definitely ‘original’ and she is a joy to watch every week on One Tree Hill. Her chemistry with Craig Sheffer and Paul Johansson is good. Well done to Moira for playing Karen Roe so well!
