Monique Coleman

Monique Coleman made her first lead in the independent feature entitled Mother of the River which was shot in the historic Charleston, South Carolina. The film won numerous awards at film festivals in Chicago. Two years later, Coleman appeared as Young Donna in The Family Channel Movie The Ditch diggers Daughters for which she was nominated for a Young Artists Award of Hollywood. During her sophomore year of high school, Coleman wrote, directed, produced, and starred in her own one-person play entitled "Voices from Within" with standing room only - audience numbering in the hundreds. Monique Coleman played Taylor in HSM, even though her charecter annoyed me she still played her very well. She was good on Dancing with the Stars she even almost made it to the end. She may not be the best Disney star but she is still good. I personally think she should keep acting in the future.

Really I think she will go as far and hopefully will pick the right roles that will help her in the future. Really liked her when she was on Dancing with the Stars as she did take some risks. Even dancing to one of the songs from High School Musical. Very pretty as well as really a class act. Humble in her defeat in fourth place on the reality show.

Monique Coleman is a pretty good actress. She is commonly known as Taylor McKessie on the hit Disney Channel Original Movie, High School Musical. She will also be in High School Musical 2. She was great in HSM. She was also in some episodes of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, which are A Prom Story, Forever Plaid, Kept Man, Volley Dad, and Neither A Borrower Nor A Speller Bee. She may be in others. I don't know. She was also on Dancing With the Stars. I don't watch that show. She was also on the Blue Team of the Disney Channel Games 2006. Her team won.

Monique Coleman is wayy underrated. She is most known for playng Taylor McKessie on the tv movie High School Musical. Even with the success of the movie she still isnt as popular as some of the other cast members. I think she is a pretty good actress. She was also a recurring character on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. I like her character on there. She was on Dancing With the Stars too. I didnt watch that show but people said she was pretty good. I think she is very pretty too. I hope to see her doing more acting in the future.

Monique Coleman isn't a bad actress. She is probably best known for her roles as Taylor McKessie from High School Musical and her minor character, Corrine, one of Maddie's friends from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. She is quite talented, she isn't exactly bad. I haven't seen her dance as in Dancing With the Stars but apparantly many people said she does it well, I guess that part might be a mystery completely unsolvable. She's not bad and I don't mind seeing her in High School Musical ect. so if you haven't seen her acting perhaps you should give her a chance by watching some of her television shows and movies that she performs in.

Monique finished her rumba in week five with a dramatic upside-down split, but what viewers didn't see were the scars that crisscross her left leg. These scars were the result to an accident 21 years ago that nearly left her unable to walk. When she was leaving school one day, "this car lost control, and came up on the side-walk and hit us. I was in a body cast with pins in my leg for several months." Why didn't she tell anyone? She replied, she didn't want a sympathy vote.

Even with that, I think she's pretty amazing to work so hard and not let her dreams vanish away. I really look up to her strength and her dancing is amazing.

Miss Monique is beautiful and talented! I commend her because most people at her age (which she looks striking for by the way) are not participating in genuine entertainment which requires talent. I am glad that she has a beautiful refreshing look, intstead of the typical lightskinned- black-millenium-Beyonce-broads. Her choices will bring her longevity. She is a smart lady!

Monique Coleman was in High School Musical, and did guest star roles in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. I didn't really like her in either one, her parts seemed rather boring. SHe's not that pretty, but she's not ugly. Don't know if she's a good singer or not. Although I didn't get to see her dance in Dancing With the Stars, I assumed that she did a good job at it. But dancing wont take your name to far in HollyWood!

MOnique Coleman is very good at acting! She is very passionate at what she does and you can tell she enjoys doing it! She has been on High school Musical as Taylor!!! She didn't do any singing but she was a very talented actress!! She grew up dancing and she did a few dances in High school Musical and now she is on Dancing With The Stars! It has been one week and she had made it so far! I am proud of her for taking on the challenge of that show! I am anxious to see how far she will get! Hopefully she will win!! Dancing with The Stars is on wednesdays and thrursdays at 8 p.m. So watch it and cheer her on!! Go Monique!!

Monique Coleman is a really pretty, really sweet, really funny, and a really talented actress. Why do so many people dislike her. Well, maybe not dislike her, but at least not think she is all that great. She might be one of the most underrated Disney Channel actresses. Monique Coleman is just great and personally I don't think anybody has the right to dislike her. If you wanna dislike someone then just start disliking George W Bush! lol. I mean, Monique Coleman is just so underrated and is still growing into acting so you shouldn't have a right to criticize her!

All the Disney Channel stars are overrated and not very talented or little kid cute. That's why none of the shows last that long. They are very over-exposed in magazines, then one's on a stupid Miss Teen USA pagaent, one's on a dancing show, I mean, come on! Talk about someone else besides Disney Channel stars for a while. Like Beyonce, or someone more meaningful and way more talented. Seriously, I'm getting sick of tired of hearing about all these Disney Channel stars that star in bad shows and are famous for basically nothing. Does anyobdy in this world agree with me?

This girl is amazing! I've seen her in High School Musical and The Reading Room, and she's just completely on top of her game. Her roles were completely opposite too, showing how versatile she is as an actress. She's so beautiful, smart, and noticeably witty. I can't wait to see how this girl's career continues to take off. I hope they really focus on her in the HSM sequel.

I think Monique Coleman is a very talented actress and that she has potential to be an even bigger star. Not that many people even knew who she was before High School Musical and now she gets a lot more publicity. I think that she should have a bigger more permanent role on a television show rather than just guest-starring.

I think that she looks mad good and has potential. I seen her in different shows and I think she could act. And also think she could dance. Oh did i mention she looks really good and looks cute and mabe a cool person, no i'll take that back I know she's a cool person.
