Murray: I love New York and I love being here, but I think I'll always be Australian at heart.

Murray: (On his "Guiding Light" co-star Marj Dusay) She is so good at what she does. She's a great character on the show. Sometimes I feel like I'm in Dallas or Dynasty when I'm working with her because she's got... that real presence; she's so put together!
Murray: When I was at high school, I broke the record for truancy. I shouldn't say this, but my mother used to go away [for work], and my brother would write me notes, and I'd go to the beach!
Murray: (On his "Guiding Light" character's many disguises) Sometimes, I look in the script and I'm like, 'I'm a what?' But it's fun! It's like dressing up when you're a kid. I love it!
Murray: I took acting classes, from a very early age. I'm not sure why. It's something I really enjoyed and my mom was all about letting us do what we dreamed of. She supported that and helped me look for things to do. I went to a great high school that had an acting focus, and went on to more training from there. I had a lot of opportunities and that was great.
Murray: I'm a bodysurfing addict! I'd spend hours in the water.
