At age 14, Mylin was handpicked by Disney to star on the The Mickey Mouse Club.
Mylin is very supportive of U.S. Military, giving concerts and interacting with the soldiers.
Although Mylin was born in the Phillipines, she was raised in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Mylin has shared International chart space with likes of U2, Madonna, Janet Jackson and Destiny's Child.
Internationally, Mylin has sold over 80,000 albums, and has been included on over 50 compilation albums.
Mylin made her feature film debut in the 1997 movie Starship Troopers.

The Hollywood Reporter.
Mylin's TV commercial work includes: Burger King (1994) and
Mylin was part of a short lived (1994-95) four member all-girl
group called L.A. Girls.

In August of 2006, Mylin was nominated for four South Bay Music Awards, honoring artists across Southern California, for "Female Vocalist of the Year," "Best Independent CD" (American Girl), "Songwriter of the Year," and "Song of the Year" ("American Girl"). She was awarded "Song of the Year" ("American Girl").
In August of 2006, Mylin was selected as one of only eight finalists out of over 150 bands from across the country at the Amplify Music Festival in Las Vegas - and the only female or solo artist in the finals.
